Trademark Registration

Registering your trademark helps customers recognise your brand as the original source of your goods and services and sets it apart from rivals. A trademark is a name, slogan, logo, or number that a firm uses in connection with its goods and services.

The process of registering a trademark can be lengthy, ranging from six to twenty-four months, depending on the outcome of the Examination Report. To provide you with an accurate estimate of the registration turnaround time.

Upon completion of the government department's trademark application processing, applicants may begin utilising the TM symbol on their mark & ® after the registration certificate is issued. The trademark registration can be renewed after the initial ten years of validity.

  • Building Trust: A trademark aids in the preservation and enhancement of your brand's value in the marketplace. Between a customer and a brand, it increases trust. The face of the business or the products and services is created through trademark registration.
  • Valuable Asset: An intangible asset is created in India upon trademark registration. A registered trademark may be bought, sold, assigned, franchised, or entered into a commercial contract to benefit the business or the owner.
