Basic Chemicals Pharmaceuticals and Cosmetics Export Promotion Council Registration

What is the eligibility for CHEMEXCIL registration?

As per the rules, eligibility for CHEMEXCIL RCMC can be classified into 3 parts

  • Ordinary Member:To be eligible for this CHEMEXCIL membership an applicant must meet the following requirements:
  • Export credit for small-scale industries should not be less than 3 financial years more than 710 lakhs
  • For other industries it should not be less than Rs 725 lakh.
  • Registered Member: Any organization or individual can become its registered member. Council after applying for it and paying the prescribed fee.
  • Associate Member: An applicant can join the Council as an Associate Member and be given an IEC certificate from the Director General of Foreign Trade for related products To the CHEMEXCIL Council.
Renewal of CHEMEXCIL RCMC

Members are expected to renew their CHEMEXCIL certificate at the end of each financial year. Member renewal costs are the same as stated on the original RCMC membership certificate.

  • Copy of IEC certificate
  • Copy of PAN card
What are the documents required for CHEMEXCIL registration?
  • Membership Application
  • A copy of the certificate issued by authorities such as the Industrial Assistance Secretariat (SIA) issued from the Ministry of Industry, Government of India, or other
  • A copy of the Import Export Code (IEC) number
  • A copy of the PAN card
  • MSME Certificate in case of MSME
  • Attested copies of the facts mentioned in the membership application.
  • Mention if you are applying for any individual, firm, company, or institution
  • Specify the type of membership
